OBITUARY

It is with great sorrow and regret that the choir have learned of the death of

John Mathews aged 86.

John joined the choir in November 1998 and was a loyal member of the  1st. Base Section for

22 years until deteriorating health forced his retirement prior to start of Covid 19 in 2020.

EISTEDDFOD 2024

In 2024, the National Eisteddfod of Wales came to Pontypridd for the first time since 1893. The Eisteddfod was held in Ynysangharad War Memorial Park over the 4th – 10th August
